Message from the CEO

Ibero-American Action League was founded in 1968 in Rochester, as a result of a grant, two part-time employees whose vision was to improve the lives of Hispanic Youth.

Today, we are proud to have grown into an agency serving not only Latinos, but an agency that serves the community at large. We now provide services in the areas of developmental disabilities, education, children and youth, healthcare, housing, senior services, and entrepreneurship programs. We began serving a modest number of people in 1968, within the last year we served over 11, 000 individuals and employ over 270 diverse and dedicated employees.

In forty-two years we have come along way with our maturity as an agency. We have established deep roots in Rochester, and will continue our efforts to provide programs which provide a brighter future for our community.

We are deeply touched by the support we have received in our tenure with this agency.
