The Hispanic Scholarship Endowment Fund was created in order to provide perpetual financial support for the educational endeavors of Hispanic youth in the Rochester community.
The Fund is an essential resource for the Hispanic community if its young people are to have equal access to the educational and career opportunities, which can move them toward financial security. These scholarships are given for excellence in education to students graduating from high school at a special event, each year. Rochester Area Community Foundation manages this fund.
