The Ibero-American Development Corporation (IADC) is an affiliate of the Ibero-American Action League, Inc. that is responsible for developing affordable housing as well as managing, operating, repairing, and making capital improvements to Ibero's facilities. IADC also engages in commercial development.
IADC also provides training to prospective homebuyers, enabling them to understand the requirements for buying a home and to help them, whenever appropriate, develop savings plans for purchasing a house, repairing their credit and utilizing available subsidies. The IADC rehabilitates and makes Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) houses available to qualified first-time homebuyers.
