We continue to be committed to the betterment of the quality of life of the mentally ill. We advocate for the severely and persistently mentally ill individual who is at risk of becoming involved or is involved in the criminal justice system. This is done through Project LINK, which is operated in partnership with the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Department of Psychiatry, Action for a Better Community, Inc., Monroe County Mental Health Clinic for Socio-Legal Services, St. Mary's Hospital Department of Psychiatry, the Urban League of Rochester, Inc., and the Ibero-American Action League, Inc.
